INTEGRATIONS / EMIS
Prime Assist and EMIS, working towards one diary.
Prime Assist is being connected to EMIS through NHS England's IM1 pairing route. When it is live, the booking will land in your appointment book while the caller is still on the line. Prime Assist will match them to their record, offer real slots and write every action back.

Typical setup
When the connection is live, setup is measured in weeks, not months. Week one is discovery and integration paperwork. Then a supervised pilot on part of your call volume, then cutover when you sign it off.
Connection will be made through NHS England's IM1 pairing route, authorised by you as data controller.
EMIS questions.
Do we need to arrange anything with EMIS?
When the EMIS connection is live, you will authorise it as the data controller, and we will complete the integration paperwork with you during discovery, through NHS England's IM1 pairing route.
What will Prime Assist see in EMIS?
The minimum necessary: appointment book availability and the demographics needed to match a caller to a record. Access will be scoped, logged and set out in your agreement.
Will it check the caller against the NHS record?
Yes, once the connection is live. Before anything touches the diary, the agent will confirm the caller's demographics against your practice record, with a check against the NHS Personal Demographics Service once that connection is live too.
What happens when a caller asks for a person?
Anything outside your rules, and any caller who asks for a person, is escalated to your team with the context attached.
Three ways to test us. Only one of them involves talking to a human.
Buying voice AI on a slide deck is how people end up with something that fails on the first awkward caller. So we made the product itself the easiest thing to try, and put the commitment in your hands rather than ours.
Hear it for yourself, right now
Ring the line and talk to Prime Assist the way one of your callers would. Ask it to book you in, then try to catch it out. No form and no email address.

Put a number on your missed calls
Two questions show the calls you miss today next to the same calls with Prime Assist, where every call is answered at once. Add your own value to see what they are worth.

Watch it handle your calls
Bring the three calls that waste the most of your team’s day. We run them live, in your sector’s language, and tell you honestly which ones we would not take. One short form to book.

Do all three, in that order, and it takes a little over half an hour in total. We would rather you tested the product than read our claims about it.
