Call our AI Book a demo

Your calls,
taken care of.

AI phone answering built for healthcare reception, and ready for any business that answers a phone. It books, captures enquiries and routes calls in the systems you already use.

Example calls,Illustrative, not real callers. It does the work while it talks. Three calls to your number are live at the same time. The picture follows one call at a time as Prime Assist checks the business’s own rules and uses the tools each call needs, step by step. In every call it says it is an AI assistant when it answers.
  1. Dental practice, new private patient. Prime Assist applies the practice’s written rule on deposits and books a new patient exam for Tuesday at 09:15 in Dentally. It texts the caller a secure link for the £25 deposit, which they pay on their own phone during the call. Once the deposit is paid, it confirms the booking by text and saves the transcript.
  2. GP surgery, a caller who has run out of their insulin. That matches an urgent trigger the surgery agreed in writing, so Prime Assist gives no clinical advice and puts the call straight through to Dr Patel, who joins with the transcript.
  3. Heating engineer, no hot water. Prime Assist raises a boiler job in HubSpot, books an engineer’s visit for Thursday at 08:00 in Google Calendar, texts the caller the job reference and saves the transcript.

What are missed calls costing you?

Answer two questions to see the calls you miss today, next to the same calls with Prime Assist. Every step of the sum is shown.

Which best describes you?

1. Your calls

All inbound calls, answered or not. Your phone system’s daily report shows this. No report? Count one ordinary day.

Of every 10 calls, about how many go unanswered?

Calls that rang out, hung up while waiting, got an engaged tone or went to voicemail, including out of hours. Your phone system may call them missed or abandoned calls.

Every call answered at once, at any hour.

Routine requests are handled on the call and written into your systems. Anything urgent goes to a named person on your team, with the transcript.

Every figure here is yours.

How this compares across England

A quarter of calls to GP practices arrive between 8am and 10am on working weekdays (25.0%, our calculation).

Of the calls answered between 8am and 10am, almost a quarter waited more than five minutes (23.5%).

On working weekdays between 8am and 10am, about 1 in 9 calls ended with the caller asking for a call back (11.1%), about twice the rate later in the day (our calculation).

National figures for context, not a judgement of any practice. NHS England Digital, Cloud Based Telephony Data in General Practice, August 2026, official statistics in development.

2. Put a value on it (optional)

Of those unanswered calls, how many were someone wanting a new booking?

Your judgement: no published figure exists for this. The rest are existing customers with questions, wrong numbers and suppliers. If you are not sure, choose the lowest.

One booking or appointment, not lifetime value.

We check these figures against your phone system’s report, run your own call types through Prime Assist, and give you a written quote. The price is the one figure this page cannot show.

A free proof of concept on one call type is available before you commit. No minimum term.

Check it yourself: ring your own number at your busiest time, then ring ours on +44 20 3747 7785 and ask it to book you in. It tells you at the start of the call that it is an AI.

How this works and where the figures come from

It multiplies your figures and nothing else: calls on a typical weekday, times 5 weekdays, times the share that go unanswered. A month is 52 weeks divided by 12, and a year is 52 weeks. Weekends are left out, and so are repeat visits, referrals and reviews. If you put a value on it, the unanswered calls are multiplied by the share you judge were someone wanting to book, and by your value.

For GP practices only, the starting points come from public data, and you can change each one: 27.2 calls for every 1,000 registered patients each working day (September 2025 to August 2026), 10.4% of calls ending while the caller was waiting, including voicemail (August 2026), and 4.4 calls an hour for every 1,000 patients between 8am and 10am on a Monday (August 2026). Source: NHS England Digital, Cloud Based Telephony Data in General Practice, official statistics in development covering 86% of practices in England; the first and last figures are our calculation. Contains information from NHS England, licensed under the current version of the Open Government Licence. Every public figure we use is listed with its date and source on our facts page.

The queue uses the Erlang C formula: from the calls in an hour, the people answering and the minutes a call takes, it gives the share of callers who find every line busy. It assumes callers wait rather than hang up, and that calls arrive at random through the hour, so a rush in the first minutes shows fewer waits than really happen.

Do I need a new phone system?

No. Prime Assist works with phone systems that can forward a call, including landlines, PBXs, SIP trunks and cloud systems. Check your setup.

Does it work for my industry?

Prime Assist was built for healthcare reception and supports seventeen industries, for calls that book appointments, capture enquiries or raise jobs. Your scripts and integration scope are confirmed before launch. Find your industry.

What happens when it cannot help?

The call routes to a named human with the transcript. Urgent, sensitive and out-of-remit calls follow written triggers you agree in advance. See how escalation works.

How is it priced?

Pricing is based on capacity, never per call or per minute, and quoted per deployment. Standard set-up is included, and any bespoke build is priced in the quote before you commit. Book a demo and you get a written quote on the call, or read how pricing works.
